This fan set is plug & play with original wiring harnes of KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas.
Our original Fan Cooling Ventilator from Spal for KTM, Husqvarna and GAS GAS, is an absolute must for every Enduro rider, especially under extreme conditions. It offers more air, better cooling, and maximum output power.
Overheating your engine during a ride can cause serious damage to your bike…hence we’ve come up with this Radiator Fan Kit as a perfect solution to your problem.
Concerning its assembly, we can assure you that it’s a piece of cake. Moreover, in no time you’ll be set to go thanks to the instructions provided and to all the accessories needed for mounting it which all come along in the box.
Certainly, our riders love their trails on fire and their bikes-as cool as possible. Accordingly to our in house testings on some of the most challenging enduro tracks out there, this Radiator Fan Kit is a must-have in order for you to have a blast each time, without having to worry about your engine reaching unnecessary extreme temperatures.
Just connect the fan and the relais to the existing connectors at your bike, and the ECU will switch your fan automatically on, in according to the water temperature.

In the KTM EXC 300 ERZBERG and from 2024 the HARDENDURO special edition these components are already fitted as standard.
From the 2024 model onwards, all bikes (KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas) already have the relay installed, you can now use part number D1133 from 2024 onwards (this is the same set but without the relay).
Delivery:
1x fan (SPAL as from KTM 58435041000), 1x relais (KTM 61111057000), 1x bracket
Mounting:
1) Please attach the fan to the adapter using provided rivets or srews (both are provided). Before riveting, make sure that the target position of the fan is with the cable pointing up or left- foto
2) Adapter with fan screwed to the radiator, on the right side two screws M4, on the left (where the plastic is) two m4 screws with washers. 3) Connect the plug from the fan to the motorcycle cable harness (the connector is under the tank) - foto 4) Relay is installed in the airbox or under the seat (depending on model and year)
