See note below (for single use). As great as the EX and MX switch unit looks, it is all the more frustrating when you land in the dirt for the first time and the buttons get stuck. The Stark Varg switch unit is crafted to the highest standard, but unfortunately not suitable enough for off-road use. At the 2025 Red Bull Romaniacs, our rider (Martin Dosch, who won the electric class) had a crash and fine dust got into the push buttons—as a result, the buttons could no longer be operated or got stuck. This is a real issue, as the bottom-left button is strictly required to arm the bike! In motocross mud races, many riders are also familiar with the problem of stuck buttons.
